What is a diagnostic fee?The price is $100. It's now combined with the service fee but is waived if you decide to move forward with the repairs that are found. The diagnosis is provided through a series of troubleshooting methods.

What is a service agreement and do we have service agreements?Yes we offer service agreements. Service agreement is when we provide semi annual inspections (twice a year) of your system. Usally performed once during the winter & summer or spring & fall. During the inspection we clean coils (summer/spring), compressor amps, condenser fan motor amps, contactor wear and tear, etc. Fall/Winter we check proper gas flow and leaks on fernest, clean and inspect burners, and gas pressure, etc (furnace). Fall/Winter we check heat strips, overload protectors, roll out switch and more.

Do we offer financing?Yes and we offer financing as low as 0% for 18 months depending on credit check.

Are we available evenings and weekend?Yes, however there is an after hours/ weekend fee of $175 anytime after business hours. This price applies to anytime after 5 p.m. or Saturday's.
